Farwest School of Medicine (FWM) came into existence in 2004 A.D. This is an accredited health education center recognized by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Education (CTEVT) ,Ministry of Education and Sport ,Government of Nepal , for conducting Proficiency certificate level in General Medicine / Health Assistant(H.A.) , Certificate level in Pharmacy / Diploma in Pharmacy and Certificate level in medical Laboratory / Technology CMLT program.
